How much does a styled party cost?
Our packages start at $695 for a Confetti backdrop, $1,795 for a fully styled Celebration party, and $3,995 plus vendors for full-service Caviar planning. Corporate events start at $3,795 plus vendors. Prices are before GST.
Are your prices before tax?
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars before GST.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, $595 before GST.
How do payments work?
It depends on the size of your event, and your proposal spells it out before you book. Smaller bookings are paid in full when you book. Larger events are paid in stages: a non-refundable retainer to hold your date, then the rest in set payments before the event. Corporate clients pay a deposit and are invoiced for the balance.
What does 'plus vendors' mean?
With Caviar and Corporate, we book outside vendors such as cake, catering and entertainment for you. Those are billed on top so you always see what each one costs.
Is travel included?
Delivery and setup are included in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. Elsewhere in the Lower Mainland a travel fee is added, and it's shown in your quote before you book.
Do you set up and take everything down?
Yes. Our own team delivers, installs, styles and tears down every event. Nothing is dropped off for you to assemble.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Popular weekends fill first. For full-service Caviar planning and corporate events, two to three months ahead gives us the most room to design.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Coquitlam and serve the whole Lower Mainland, from Vancouver and the North Shore to Langley. Delivery and setup are included in the Tri-Cities; elsewhere a travel fee is shown in your quote. Further than Langley? Ask us about a special request.
Do you plan weddings?
We focus on milestone celebrations and corporate events right now. We do style engagement parties, bridal showers and sip-and-sees.
Do you use latex balloons?
We use professional-grade latex balloons for most garlands. Tell us about any latex allergy and we'll design with foil and other alternatives.
What happens to the décor after the party?
Our team takes it down and takes it away. Rented pieces go back to our partners, so you're left with a tidy space.
Can we keep the balloons?
Usually, yes. Tell us before the event and we'll leave the balloon garland behind and take the frames and rented pieces.
What do you need from our venue?
Access time for setup, any décor or balloon rules, and a contact on the day. We'll ask for these when we plan.
